Delete your account and data

Cancel your subscription first

Read this before you delete anything. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by Top Sets, and deleting your account does not cancel one — billing continues against your store account until you cancel it there.

Delete from the app

1. Open Top Sets and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. The deletion runs immediately; you are signed out when it completes.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed from our database and our file storage:

• Your login and profile — email, username, display name and avatar.
• Every workout, set, exercise, routine and program you have logged or built.
• Body measurements, bodyweight history, nutrition logs and targets.
• Progress photos and form-check videos, including the stored image files.
• Coach and client relationships, check-ins, notes and messages.
• Push notification tokens and any scheduled reminders.
• Your analytics identity, so future events cannot be joined back to you.

What is kept, and for how long

Three things outlive the deletion, none of which identify you to anyone using the product:

• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider. We do not control these and cannot delete them; they are financial records those companies retain under their own policies.
• Encrypted database backups, which are kept on a rolling window and then expire. Your data disappears from them as they roll off — we do not restore a backup to remove a single account, because that would mean restoring everyone else's data too.
• Aggregate, non-identifying counts — how many workouts the product has recorded in total, for example. These contain no row that is yours.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@topsets.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We will ask you to confirm one detail only you would know before we act — a deletion request is irreversible, so we do not take one on an email address alone.

The same address handles any other data-protection request: a copy of your data, a correction, or a restriction on processing.
