Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using Top Sets you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Top Sets.
Subscriptions and billing
Top Sets offers paid subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Coach Monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew for the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by Apple and Google per their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use and objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not upload, send, or share content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes third-party rights, and you may not use Top Sets to harass or abuse another person. Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. Coach platform clients may only be added with their consent.
Reporting and enforcement
Any message, photo, or video can be reported from the menu in the conversation, and you can block the other person from the same menu. We review every report and act within 24 hours — removing content, and suspending or terminating the accounts responsible. You can also email support@topsets.app. Accounts terminated for abuse may not be recreated.
Medical disclaimer
Top Sets provides training tools and analytics only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical or fitness professional. Consult a professional before starting any training program.
Intellectual property
Top Sets and its logos are our property. The workout data you log remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using Top Sets and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Top Sets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
