Refund and Cancellation Policy
Who charges you
Top Sets does not process card payments and never stores your payment details. Every paid plan — Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Coach Monthly, and the one-time Lifetime purchase — is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which act as merchant of record. Your receipt comes from Apple or Google, and the charge appears on your statement under their name, not ours.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then. On iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Top Sets. On Android: Play Store, profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Top Sets. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, because a renewal that has already been charged runs to the end of its term.
Free trials
A free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial keeps your access until the trial period expires and you are not charged.
Requesting a refund
Because Apple and Google take the payment, they also issue the refund, and each applies its own published policy. For App Store purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. For Google Play purchases, use play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or Google Play support. Both usually decide within a few days, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method on their timeline.
If a store declines your refund
Email support@topsets.app with the store receipt or order ID and tell us what happened. We cannot reverse a store’s decision or move money ourselves, but we will look at the account, correct anything that went wrong on our side, and support your case with the store where it is warranted. We reply within one working day.
Deleting your account is not a cancellation
Deleting your Top Sets account removes your data from our systems but does not cancel a subscription held by Apple or Google, and billing continues until you cancel it in the store. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.
Coaching arrangements
Where a coach bills a client privately for coaching services, that arrangement is between the coach and the client. Top Sets is not a party to it, does not take payment for it, and cannot refund it.
